Transparent, water-based TiO₂ photocatalyst coating with near-zero VOC. Accepted by the CFIA as a construction material for food facilities; non-cytotoxic (ISO 10993-5) and not a skin sensitiser (OECD 442A / ISO 10993-10).
Water-based TiO₂ nano-coating for building exteriors. Decomposes dirt and pollution into CO₂ and water; air-purification performance tested by SGS to ISO 22197-1:2016. No harsh chemicals or fluorinated treatments.

The GENS Nano Self-Sanitizing Coating has been independently tested to EN 14476 and by SGS against bacteria and viruses. Key results are below.
GENS Nano Self-Sanitizing TiO₂ coating. Virucidal activity tested to EN 14476:2019 / DIN EN 14476:2019 (SARS-CoV-2 and the bacteria shown eliminated 100%); human coronavirus-229E result from an independent ASTM E1053 virology report (99.9% / 2.9-log at 120 minutes). Influenza A (H1N1) tested by SGS. The coating is also biocompatible — non-cytotoxic (ISO 10993-5) and not a skin sensitiser (OECD 442A / ISO 10993-10). Certified test reports available on request.
