What it is

A transparent, water-based coating built on titanium dioxide (TiO₂) — a natural mineral used safely for decades. Sprayed onto walls, ceilings, and high-touch surfaces, it forms a permanent thin film with near-zero VOC that keeps working between cleanings: anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-mould, around the clock.

How it works

The coating is a photocatalyst — activated by light (UV, natural, or fluorescent). Light excites the TiO₂ surface to produce a strong oxidative effect that decomposes bacteria, viruses, mould, odours, and airborne pollutants on contact, leaving only trace carbon dioxide and water. Ordinary disinfection protects for minutes; a coated surface stays self-sanitizing for years, as long as light is present.

Self-Cleaning Coating for Exteriors

What it is

A transparent, water-based TiO₂ photocatalytic coating for exterior surfaces — solar panels, glass, facades, masonry, and metal. It combines four mechanisms in one ultra-thin film: an ultra-hydrophilic surface, light-activated photocatalysis, an anti-static dust-shedding structure, and active air purification. Together they keep surfaces clean with minimal maintenance — and turn them into passive air purifiers.

How it works

  • Ultra-hydrophilic surface. Water spreads into an even sheet instead of beads, so rainfall rinses dust and grime away naturally — no streaking, far less chemical cleaning.
  • Photocatalytic breakdown. Under light, the surface oxidises organic contaminants, oily residues, and pollution into trace carbon dioxide and water.
  • Anti-static dust resistance. A fine micro-porous structure reduces the electrostatic and molecular forces that make superfine dust cling, so less soiling builds up in the first place.
  • Active air purification. The same reaction breaks down airborne pollutants — NOx, TVOC, and smog — and helps lower PM2.5 around the treated surface.

What it is

A concentrated, plant-based cleaning solution that breaks down grease, food residue, and organic soil without the toxic chemistry of conventional industrial cleaners — and without harmful residue on the surfaces it touches.

How it works

The formulation lifts and digests organic matter so it rinses away cleanly, removing the source of soiling and odour rather than masking it. It has been independently tested to the European standards for disinfectant efficacy — EN 1276 (bactericidal) and EN 1650 (fungicidal) — passing against E. coli, S. aureus, P. aeruginosa, E. faecium, Candida albicans, and Aspergillus niger.

What it is

A CFIA-certified bio-stimulant and foliar tonic built on nano-science and natural compounds. It supports growth and resilience rather than forcing it with synthetic fertiliser.

How it works

The tonic accelerates photosynthesis — raising the plant’s own sugar production — while entering the root zone to strengthen the plant’s immune system. Roots become significantly enlarged, improving nutrient uptake and tolerance to drought and over-watering. In an 18-month independent UAE turf trial, treated areas sustained healthy growth with irrigation reduced by 30%.
