Light-Activated Antimicrobial Coating
A surface that keeps sanitizing itself, 24 hours a day.
CFIA Registered
What it is
A transparent, water-based coating built on titanium dioxide (TiO₂) — a natural mineral used safely for decades. Sprayed onto walls, ceilings, and high-touch surfaces, it forms a permanent thin film with near-zero VOC that keeps working between cleanings: anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-mould, around the clock.
How it works
The coating is a photocatalyst — activated by light (UV, natural, or fluorescent). Light excites the TiO₂ surface to produce a strong oxidative effect that decomposes bacteria, viruses, mould, odours, and airborne pollutants on contact, leaving only trace carbon dioxide and water. Ordinary disinfection protects for minutes; a coated surface stays self-sanitizing for years, as long as light is present.
Key benefits
- Continuous 24/7 decontamination of surfaces and indoor air
- Independently tested against bacteria and human coronavirus (see Technology)
- Transparent, water-based, near-zero VOC — safe for people and animals
- CFIA registered; widely used in food, hospital, and hospitality settings
